An RMA (Return Material Authorization) request form must be completed by the purchaser within 30 days of the invoice date. The RMA request form can be found in the information tab at the top of the site. Once RhinoAg has received this form, if approved, an RMA will be sent via email. This RMA MUST be printed and placed in the box with the parts being returned. Any parts received by RhinoAg without an RMA will NOT be accepted. Parts must be in new and unused condition and returned in its original packaging. All parts are subject to final acceptance by RhinoAg before credit is issued. If an item was shipped wrong by RhinoAg, then a prepaid shipping label will be issued. If an item number was given by our staff and was incorrect, then a prepaid shipping label will be issued.
