RhinoAg Unveils New 4515 at National Farm Machinery Show

RHINOAG UNVEILS NEW 4515 AT NATIONAL FARM MACHINERY SHOW

Gibson City, IL (February 14, 2024) – RhinoAg debuted its all-new 4515, a heavy-duty 15’ flex-wing rotary cutter, at the 2024 National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky.

RhinoAg, the manufacturer known for being a leader in the agricultural equipment industry, is kicking off its 90th year anniversary with a new, more robust 15’ flex-wing design. The 4515 flex-wing is capable of cutting 4.5″ material making it the perfect solution for commercial operators, roadside maintenance, and heavy-duty farm and ranch applications.  “We have really expanded the flex-wing offering with this new design,” says Lyndon Dittus, Product Manager of RhinoAg. “RhinoAg is always looking for a way to make our products better and the new 4515 rotary cutter is an exciting and versatile addition to the RhinoAg flex-wing lineup.”

The new 4515 flex-wing features Rhino’s EZ225 gearbox for outstanding performance and reliability with a 10-year limited gearbox warranty.  On the underside of the deck, this new flex-wing features Rhino’s exclusive Infinity Blade Carrier for easier service, excellent visibility to the deck components, and better vacuum for consistent cut quality. The free-swinging blades used on the 4515 are a 5/8″ thick for enhanced stiffness to prevent the blade from bending when cutting large material.

Rhino’s new flex-wing is equipped with an independent suspension system. This system allows each wheel axle to move independently, which results in enhanced cut quality, improved stability, and decreased wear on the components. To protect the wing side skirts, Rhino includes full-length AR400 skid shoes designed to outlast the competition. This incredibly robust skid shoe is best utilized in roadside applications where the skid shoe may be dragging on pavement for miles at a time without wearing out quickly.

In addition to the 10-year gearbox warranty, Rhino stands behind the new 4515 with a 3-year limited frame and axle warranty, and offers 2 years of coverage on the drivelines and seals. “We are extremely proud and confident in this new model,” said Greg Pollock, Director of Sales & Marketing. “The decision to extend the gearbox, frame, axle, and driveline warranty on the 4515 was an easy one as this is the strongest flex-wing we’ve ever designed and built.”

The new 4515 flex-wing will be available at dealerships in the third quarter of 2024.

RhinoAg Introduces Robust Line of Multi Spindles – New TR Series

RhinoAg announced today the launch of a new line of multi-spindle rotary cutters and an update to an existing series of similar cutters.

The TW Series has been expanded with the addition of TW30 models.  These units feature a domed deck designed to reduce grass buildup and promote easy cleaning, while full-length skids and tapered side skirts reduce gouging.  These updates are designed to solve common problems that homesteaders and farmers frequently experience when operating brush-clearing equipment.

The TW35 and TW36 are equipped with the same cast carrier design that is seen on RhinoAg’s Flex-Wing rotary cutters.  In addition, TW20 units—existing cutters in the TW Series—are currently being updated with the new domed deck.  After the TW20 models are updated with the new deck, TW10 models will be updated as well.

The newest series of multi-spindle rotary cutters, the TR Series, was created to withstand more demanding jobs with its new suspension and driveline designs.

“We’re proud to add the TR Series to our already-impressive lineup of cutters,” said Greg Pollock, Sales & Marketing Director for RhinoAg.  “These units offer superior cut quality, easier maintenance, and longer life expectancy to give you the years of dependable service RhinoAg is known for.”

The new products made their official debut in February at the 2019 National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky.
